Answers to our most asked questions.

+ What are your rental rates?

Rental rates for 2016: Our most economical one bedroom apartment is 593 square feet and rents for $980.00 per month. Our most spacious apartment is 1375 square feet and rents for $3,425.00 per month. All rental prices include the complete RidgePointe Amenities Package.

+ How many floor plans are there to choose from?

We have over 30 different floor plans to choose from, ranging from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom/den. All of our apartments have full kitchens. Apartment Floor Plans

+ Is there a wait list for apartments?

Call 952-540-6200 for current availability, or for information about the RidgePointe Wait List.

+ Do I have to sign a lease to live at RidgePointe?

All RidgePointe leases end on April 30th and renewed May 1st each year, regardless of when you move in.

+ If I move to RidgePointe mid-month, do I pay rent for the whole month?

RidgePointe will prorate your rent. Rent begins the day you take possession of the keys.

+ What amenities and utilities are included in my rental package?

+ What additional costs are associated with the rental?

Electricity and telephone are the only two utilities which are not included in the monthly rent.

+ Is there a mandatory number of meals that must be purchased every month?

We provide meal options, not a mandatory meal plan. Start the day with RidgePointe’s Complimentary Continental Breakfast. Lunch is (Lunch Menu Sample) available in our Atrium for $5.00, or $6.25 with homemade soup. Three Rose Room meals (Dinner Menu Sample) are included in your rent each month. Any additional meals in the Rose Room are $13.00.

+ Is there an additional fee for underground garage parking?

Indoor heated parking is $60.00 per month. Ample outdoor parking is available. a self-service car wash is located in both garages for resident use.

+ Do you have medical services on site?

Any home care company can be utilized for your services.

+ What activities are available to RidgePointe residents?

Scheduled activities, excursions and lectures are planned monthly for your convenience. Many options and choices await you. Fill your social calendar, learn something new and enjoy the opportunities for friendship and fun. Resident Service Activities

+ Do you have transportation available for residents?

RidgePointe has an extensive van schedule that includes Grocery Stores, Shopping Malls, Banks, Medical Offices, the Ridgedale YMCA and Churches. Van transportation is a complimentary service. Resident Service Activities

+ Are there washers and dryers available?

Washer and dryer use is available in both buildings, and is complimentary. Some larger apartments have washers and dryers, and RidgePointe’s Housekeeping Department offers laundry service for $10.00 per load.

+ Are pets allowed at RidgePointe?

RidgePointe welcomes cats and small dogs (under 15 pounds). Responsible pet ownership and a one time, $1000.00 fee are required.
